- - Please use some kind of activator, such as a primer or a glitter "glue" adhesive and then mixing it in the lid of the container. Mix the glitter with primer / activator to a thick batter so that it sticks together and to make it easier to apply and remain.
- - Then use a small makeup brush, eye shadow brush or similar.
- - Dab this with more and small movements over the area where you want to apply the glitter.
